Neighbor is on vacation

Before our neighbor went on vacation, he asked us to be on the look out for his puppy and guess what, the Jack Russell dog returned after being on the run for three days. She is cute but she likes to bark, run, and seems to only enjoy table food.

She is an adorable little character. How old is she? Our cat would be so jealous if she knew you were feeding the puppy the same things you have for dinner.

How long will your neighbor be away?

Not sure, so far, all week. The neighbor gave Adam a telephone number of a friend to use if the dog were to return while he was gone. The person did not return Adam's call for two days; however, the caller said he would pick up the puppy today. The puppy looks at the dog food with a smirk of no way am I eating this. The puppy arrived without instructions of how to take care of her eating habits, no collar and attitude. What if this just looks like the neighbors puppy, and belongs to someone else? We do not have any missing dog signs in the neighborhood. She likes chicken, pork chops, and turkey which is not healthy for animals according the vet I had for Sunshine and Zeta.

If it's not the neighbor's dog, Jack Russells are super smart and trainable. She might like living in North Central Florida with her Auntie ol Doc! Or not, given her extravagant diet

The dog’s breeder came to pick up the puppy named Millie this morning. This really was the neighbor’s dog, and I packed the dog bones, dog food, and football toy for the puppy’s journey. We will see Millie again after my neighbor returns from his vacation. I thought Jackie would have been cute as well .

It seems you miss pets. Did this soften up your hubby? Are you going to get a pet dog or feline?

Yes, we do miss pets, but it is the cost of food, holes in the backyard, and vet bills that is stopping us. We also would need to create time to pay attention to the cat or dog so they won’t be board. After I graduate from school, and return to work full-time, it will seem easier to have the responsibility.
