This was the view as I drove to work last week around 7 AM on Sunset Drive. Sunset Drive had a much clearer view than the view I had driving past the canal. It felt as if I was driving with blinders all around me except for three feet in front of me.
A car hit the wall on the Gratney Expressway as I was driving home from class last night. The car struck the back of his car against the wall and then spun around slamming the front of his car into the wall. Meanwhile the car next to be slid into my lane for a few seconds to avoid contact. The car in my lane quickly went back into his lane as I hit my horn thinking……..miss...miss...miss me please. Luckily, the first car only hit the wall and missed the rest of use trying to get by. It was raining and all the cars were doing the speed limit or a little under. My IRL video games have paid off.
